Ralph Kieneker - Lead Pastor
As the Lead Pastor, I preach most Sundays, pray all the time, team with and encourage the rest of the pastoral staff, work with elders and the various committees that help direct the church towards the vision and mission Christ has called West Side, teach, lead a small group, visit, counsel, and care for the people of our church.
Dan Wodrich - Associate Pastor
As an associate Pastor, I have been called to focus primarily on adult discipleship and Christian growth, as well as the nurture, equipping, and empowering of members of the body for integrated and complementary service together in Jesus' Name. I regularly teach and lead Bible studies. I preach occasionally. I share in the pastoral care of our church family. I feel especially called to nurture and call attention to the Spirit's work among us to form Christ in us and to enable our participation in Jesus' life of Sonship with the Father and in His ministry to the world.
Stu Strachan - Associate Pastor
As the Associate Pastor for Youth and Families, I see my role as one of equipping the entire congregation to disciple the next generation of church leaders. I spend much of my time with both students and families casting a vision for an inter-generational, family-based youth ministry where the passing on of the faith becomes an act of the entire church.
Heather Smith - Director of Children and Family Ministries
As the Director of Children and Family Ministries I am called primarily to the spiritual growth of children. I desire to follow Christ’s lead and partner with parents in order to enable their children to discover Jesus, worship Him, and serve Him in all that they do. One of my greatest joys is seeing our many volunteers build lasting relationships with our children; I spend much of my time equipping volunteers for ministry.

It is my joy to oversee a wonderful Alpha Team and work with the best church staff I've known in related ministries. As a regional advisor for Alpha USA I help various churches in the Tri-Cities and beyond develop their own Alpha courses. I'm refreshed weekly by ministry at Coyote Ridge Correctional Center in Connell, lead a beginning Bible course, and am greatly privileged to have a hand in West Side's World Vision Mission in Mali. For fun and personal edification I teach Church History.
